A little further past Haulover Bay off Route 10, on the East End of the island, you’ll find Vie’s Snack Shop. This place is a Virgin Islands tradition and Vie, a local icon. After a refreshing swim and stroll on the private beach that Vie’s family owns on Hansen’s Bay, a lunch of fried chicken, conch fritters and pie is a must.
The lovely yellow birds and hummingbird flitting around us were fun to watch.
